As the developer’s Project Manager, we have successfully guided this project from inception and will continue to completion.

We started with a tricky and steep site that required some meaty civil earthworks, timber retaining walls, and mechanically stabilised slopes and the installation of rock anchors. A key challenge involved working around Transpower infrastructure, which required careful coordination and planning to minimize disruptions and ensure safety.

On top of this we also had to navigate a complex consent pathway to ensure the delivery of this 25-townhouse development will be on time and within budget.

Through meticulous project tracking, budgeting, and using the latest advancements in technology—including 3D augmentation and drone survey updates—we’ve ensured the project’s smooth progression and kept it aligned with client expectations.
